Too many ambitious startups face a fragmented landscape of grants, investors, clients and technical partners. Venture Booster helps founders make those elements work together - matching their growth stage with the right financing, evidence and relationships.
co-invest.tech is the public home of that work and the foundation for a future platform where founders can map their scale-up journey and ecosystem partners can discover high-potential companies.

We help technology startups navigate dilutive and non-dilutive finance, align their roadmaps and become investment-ready. Our work covers public funding strategy, project scoping, consortium building, applications, due diligence, business planning and introductions to relevant investors.
Through selective, tailored support, we help founders sharpen development strategy, validate priorities and prepare for the expectations of future clients and investors. We connect teams to the expertise, markets and partnerships that can accelerate sustainable growth.
The service architecture is intentionally modular. New categories can be added as Venture Booster and the co-invest.tech platform evolve.

Ioana brings more than 20 years of international corporate banking experience, including BNP Paribas in Paris. She combines risk-finance, due-diligence and compliance expertise with a commitment to helping promising technology companies access the capital and structure needed to scale.

Antonela is a senior consultant and startup mentor with more than a decade of experience in EU, World Bank and national funding programmes. Her work spans deep tech, sustainability, robotics and Industry 4.0, with a focus on project development, international partnerships and helping entrepreneurial teams bring innovation to market.

Regional venture capital · launched
A €37 million fund targeting Seed and Series A technology companies in Western Romania, anchored by a public commitment of more than €26 million from ADR Vest through the West Regional Programme.
Developed by Aster Capital Partners, Iceberg+ and Venture Booster, the fund plans to invest €500,000 - €4 million in more than 18 companies.
Asternova · mandate awarded
A new venture capital fund for Romania's Centre Region, to be managed by Iceberg Plus together with Aster Capital and Venture Booster.
The fund is expected to start with more than €7 million available for investments and to finance at least 40 startups and innovative companies from Brașov, Sibiu, Alba, Mureș, Covasna and Harghita.
